Warranty:
- All our Software Keys come with a lifetime warranty so if you ever experience any issues with them we'll replace them free of charge.
- The warranty on our PSN, Nintendo and Xbox games is 2 MONTHS, if you experience any issue during this period we will replace it free of charge. This doesn't mean that your game will stop working after 2 months, nearly all games work indefinitely if they were set up correctly. It just means that we'll supply to you a free replacement game if anything goes wrong within the first 60 days.
Delivery:
- PC software and games are delivered instantly after purchase.
- Most of the console games are either available for instant delivery or delivered within few minutes after purchase, however in some cases of rare or very popular products it could take a couple of hours to have them delivered, in very extreme cases it might even take a few days.
Refunds & returns:
- We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital and downloaded from the internet, we have a strict no refunds policy.
- In individual cases, our management, at their sole discretion, can approve a refund on exception basis.
PSN Specific Terms:
- PSN games must be activated within 24h from receiving your product, please ensure you have your console around to complete the setup when you receive your game. Any claims and issues with the game have to be reported within 24h from delivery.
- For PSN, additional downloadable content for some games might not be working correctly depending on your account region. This is often the case with microtransactions, outfits, weapon skins etc. - story packs, map packs and the like usually work fine.

REFUNDS POLICY
